Practice Arena
An arena for practice (against NPC)
Choice of 1 Vs 1, 4 Vs 4, 6 Vs 6 and 8 Vs 8
How it works
Choose Map
Choose Opponent
Opponent List 1: The opponent list contain all the pass winning team build from HA and GvG and HB except the 1 Vs 1.
Accessible by all PvP character, heros and hench are usable, so you can go practice alone, with one or two friends or go as a guild group, or pug it.
ah, forgot to say, this Arena gives you absolutely no exp points or benefit what-so-ever other the getting the practice.

I dont see it being used much. Perhaps add an insentive to make it seem worth it to new players, but not of value to more skilled players. I have no idea what this would be, a few ideas popped into my head.
Maybe a title that was simple enough to max (should take about as long to max as the time a decent amount of practicing would take), the title would not be counted towards KOABD and would probably end up being valued lowly by most veterans.
Another idea was PvP unlocks, for skills/runes etc, most veterans already have most of the usefull stuff unlocked, while new players are often missing key skills to put builds together.

Although I don't have a problem with an Arena designed around letting people learn some of the more advanced builds, I don't think NPCs would be good to fight against. It sounds like you want people to have a chance to play against the teams who are successful in HA and GvG with builds you want to learn to compete against. NPCs won't be able to run those builds. Not only is the AI too stupid to use the skills properly, but things like flag running and relic running can't be done by NPCs, and splitting isn't something that they can do either.
I didn't vote because I do think a new arena would be nice, but not if it was using NPCs with builds 'stolen' from people who succeed in high end PvP.
